Dr. Thongdeuane Nanthanavone is a seasoned development professional with extensive experience in project design, operation, and monitoring & evaluation (M&E) across sectors including education, rural infrastructure, climate resilience, social protection, and agriculture. He has worked with leading development agencies such as ADB, World Bank, UNDP, UNICEF, and Plan International, supporting national and regional programs. His expertise includes results-based management (RBM), rigorous impact evaluation, participatory M&E, and operational integration throughout the project cycle, ensuring learning and accountability.

M&E expertise includes:

  • Project design and operational management for multi-sectoral development initiatives.
  • Results-based monitoring frameworks and performance evaluation.
